Delete your account
You can permanently delete your FlexPoint account and associated data at any time, directly in the app or by submitting a request here.
Delete in the app
- Open the FlexPoint app and log in to your account.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap “Account”, then “Delete Account”.
- Confirm your password and tap “Permanently Delete”.
- You'll receive an email confirming your account has been deleted.
Request deletion online
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion of your account and data through our Contact Us page or by signing in at flexpoint.fun/auth and submitting a deletion request from your account settings. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
What gets deleted, and when
Once you confirm deletion, your profile, saved events, followed communities, messages, and posted content are permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Data we retain
We retain limited transaction records (such as ticket purchase history) as required for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations, even after account deletion. This information is kept only as long as legally required and is not used for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.
