Community Guidelines

FlexPoint is a community of people discovering events, places, and experiences together. These guidelines exist to keep FlexPoint safe, authentic, and welcoming for everyone — users, event organizers, and businesses alike. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, or account suspension.
1. Be Respectful
- Treat other members, organizers, and businesses with respect.
- No harassment, hate speech, bullying, or threats of any kind.
- No discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
2. Keep Listings Authentic
- Event and business listings must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
- Do not post fake events, misleading ticket information, or false availability.
- Do not impersonate another person, business, or organization.
- Photos and descriptions must genuinely represent the event, place, or business.
3. No Scams or Fraud
- Do not sell counterfeit or duplicate tickets.
- Do not solicit payments outside of FlexPoint's in-app ticketing system for listed events.
- Do not engage in phishing, identity theft, or any fraudulent financial activity.
4. Safety First
- Do not organize or promote illegal events or activities.
- Do not post content that encourages self-harm, violence, or dangerous behavior.
- Report suspicious accounts, listings, or behavior using the in-app report tools.
- Meet people and attend events with your personal safety in mind.
5. Respect Intellectual Property
Only post content you own or have permission to use. Do not upload copyrighted images, music, or materials without authorization from the rights holder.
6. Content Standards
- No nudity, sexually explicit content, or content that exploits minors.
- No graphic violence or content promoting terrorism or extremism.
- No spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive posting outside of legitimate event promotion.
7. Organizer & Business Standards
- Honor every valid ticket sold through FlexPoint.
- Clearly communicate cancellations, rescheduling, or refund policies to attendees.
- Validate tickets fairly and consistently at the point of entry.
- Respond to customer inquiries and disputes in good faith.
8. Reporting Violations
If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, report it directly within the app or reach out through our Contact Us page. Our team reviews reports and takes appropriate action, which may include removing content, issuing warnings, or suspending accounts.
9. Enforcement
Violating these Community Guidelines or our Terms of Service may result in content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.
